{right now}
I just had a thought.
I am sitting in the library, all by my lonesome, and I am giggling.
I started to think about present day nursing/retirement homes. Whenever I have been to one, it seems that the music selection is always music that was popular during the prime years of their residents. There is usually a nice selection of Frank Sinatra, Rosemary Clooney,Billy Holiday or Dinah Shore. So if those are artists that were extremely popular back then....and they are what is being playing in homes now...does that mean that when my generation is in nursing homes that they will play the artists that are on the radio now? Nothing will be better than waking up in nursing home to Ke$ha singing "tick tock" or strolling down the halls with my walker listening to "Call Me Maybe"

Mildly alarming.
But funny.
(happy friday everyone)
