{Beauty}
Tomorrow, my dearest grandma has birthday.
I so desperately hope that someday, one day, I become more like her.
I love:
Her patient spirit
Her faithfulness in the Lord
Her joy in small things
Her desire to spend individual quality time with all her grandkids
Going on lunch dates with her
The giant smile on her face when you come unannounced to her house
The way she asks you "a penny for your thoughts" when your mind is lost in space
Her timeless beauty
Her exquisite taste in clothing
Her mouth watering oatmeal raisin cookies
Her
I love her

{Spain}
Over and over again we would bring our Spain trip up in various conversations. It seemed like whenever things (during exams) got a tad bit stressful the only comforting words that we needed were "We still have Spain"
I must admit that I have never had a desire to go to Spain. It is not that I assumed it was lacking in beauty or excitement...but more or less that the desire was just never present.
My feelings towards Spain have taken a drastic turn. I feel as though every time I go to a new place in Europe...I always declare it as "the most amazing place I have ever been to." But now that my travels have come to an end, I feel confident in declaring Spain as the most wonderful place I have ever visited.
Two days in Barcelona was just enough for us to experience the colors, food, drinks, beaches and vibes of the city.
Sun-kissed and salty from the Mediterranean, we explored Barcelona as the last adventure of our study abroad experience.
