{Paris part One}
Palace of Versailles.
To be in the presence of such infinite wealth.
As we wandered around this Palace (that once belonged to Louis XIV the "sun King"), I couldn't help but marvel at the great detail put into every aspect of the palace. From the immaculate gates that open towards the palace to the marble floors to the perfectly painted ceilings...the palace is by far the most lavish thing I have ever come in contact with. I was, and still am, in complete awe thinking about how there were and still are people living such posh lives.
The moral issues behind this palace are beyond reasoning.
It was, however, unbelievably pleasing to look at and pleasing to waltz around in.

| I couldn't help but think of my grandmama Corrin when I saw all these chandeliers. We share a love for them. |
